- If you entertain a New Year resolution mentality. Never settling for anything long-term that benefits health and fitness.
- Seriously strapped for cash. E.g. Living paycheck to paycheck.
- Dabble with running 1 or 2 times per week. Not serious about improving your skill, health, and overall well-being.
Reading this newsletter will NOT cure injuries and/or make you faster overnight.
